Here’s another important skill you need to learn:
Handling FAQs and Objections
Many of us find it very challenging to provide solutions or answer the questions of our prospects because we lack knowledge or orientation about healthcare issues. And the question at the back of your prospects mind, “What do you know about Health, when you are not a doctor or a health professional?”
This “unspoken question” is one of the reasons why we find it difficult to convince our prospects to take our products.
Whether you agree with me or not, it is a known fact that people tend to seek solutions to their health problems from doctors and health professionals.
However, even with no medical background, many have still been successful in convincing people to buy your products. Why? Have you also asked why people in many networking companies are successful even without academic backgrounds ...
Last time, we discussed about the most important skill you need to become successful in SFF, which isselling or sharing. For me, it is the most important as we have already mentioned that you need to become the product of the products before you can share it to others. We highlighted also my assumption that selling or sharingis one and the same to a degree of telling your story about your personal experiences of the benefits and the value made by a product to you.
Before we move on to the next important skill, try to apply this formula: Problem – Source – Solution – Profit(PSSP). Those who have the copy of our product presentation will agree that the outline of presentation is the PSSP formula.
To apply this formula, see the example below:
Problem – share to others what your health issues are
Source – circumstances that led you to getting into that situation
Solution - the products that improved your health
Profits - th...
I was invited to talk at DWAY Sonshine Radio Cabanatuan last July 29, 2016, hosted by Mr. Jordan Ilustre, about the topic “NegosyongPatok,” in relation to SFF Income Solution Program.
One of the most common questions of the listeners was about selling.
Questions like, is it about selling?I do not like sales, how can I be successful in SFF?Another question was, “I have no sales experience and medical background, and how can I explain the products?”
Now, if you are following my blogs, you would have noticed that I did not mention about selling, but rather we prefer to say sharing. To properly put things into right perspective, I chose sharing over selling to cancel out the idea of “Hype” and Pressure selling.” This selling activity is commonly done to stimulate impulse buying; and people who were persuaded to buy some products because of the glamorous promises of the salesman, were regretful later as they realized they did not need ...
Workload and family life is difficult to manage. Whether in a business or in an employment, the main goal is to bring food to the table for our family. Most Filipinos tend to focus on work or business to earn more because of family needs and take for granted quality time with their families. Perhaps, money is the main reason why some Filipinos goabroad to look for better opportunities and sacrifice quality time with their loved ones.
One of my favorite songs when I was taking my first degree in college, Philosophy, “Cats in the Cradle,” written by Harry and Sandy Chapen, and popularized by Cat Stevens, depicts what would happen when we dedicate most of our time to work and spend no quality time with our children.
My child arrived just the other day
He came to the world in the usual way
But there were planes to catch, and bills to pay
He learned to walk while I was away
And he was talking 'fore I knew it, and as he grew
He'd say, "I'm gonna be like you...
“Try not to be a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.” – Albert Einstein
We are in the business of improving lives. We are in SFF to spread the noble advocacy of improving the health and financial status of our fellowmen. For some of us, improving lives might be an incredibly lofty goal: Trying to improve other people’s lifestyles might be an impossible task, and it may even unrealistic if our own lives were not really changed or improved.
I admit that it is very hard to change people; however, it doesn’t mean that it is impossible. I like what Dan Pearce said: “If you want to change the world, first change yourself. Then tell others how you did it. Never demand that people change. Inspire them to change using your own change as an example instead.”
These are two major objectives we should have to enable us to help people to improve their lifestyle: Help people to improve their health...
For the last three weeks, we have been talking about the SFF livelihood solutions. It has been said repeatedly that SFF livelihood solution principles should be respected in order to be successful in our business.
I deemed it necessary to repeat and worth mentioning again and again, until it becomes the “top of the mind” knowledge of every SFF advocate. I like what my mentor told me before: “Repetition is the key to success.”
Once you have mastered the SFF livelihood principles, you are ready to start a business in SFF.
As Michael Clouse puts it, “your philosophy will determine your attitude and actions, then your actions will determine your results, and your results will be your lifestyle.”
To start any business, inarguably, you need to have a goal or a business plan. For some business gurus, it is called a “blue-print” that will be the basis of your actions.
So to begin, I encourage every SFF advocate to come up with yo...
“There are no short cuts to success.” – Annika Sorenstam
If you want to build a business in SFF, there is a process that you need to follow religiously. This process should be respected and should not be violated. If you apply this idea to our SFF livelihood solution, we can simply say:
“If your intention is to become healthy, you have to USE the products. You have to become the product.
If your intention is for others to become healthy, you have to SHARE the products with your family and friends.
If your intention is to build a business, you have to look for people and BUILD a sales team.”
You have to respect that process: USE > SHARE > BUILD
In short, you cannot SHARE the products without using them and without having enjoyed their benefits first. You cannot build a sales team if you do not know how to share.
The more you USE the products, the better your health becomes. When you SHARE...
“A Satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement.” - G.S. Alag
Every member-customer of SFF has a story to tell about his or her health improvements after using the products. These stories are powerful arsenals to get more customers. As we have also mentioned before, SFF does not encourage “Hyping” to attract customers and distributors; rather we promote telling your own story to open up a conversation with your prospects.
Today, I would like to discuss the second principle of our SFF livelihood solution – SHARE.
As a satisfied customer, you can’t help but to tell your stories to others. It is a human inclination to share to others the wonderful things happening in one’s life. The reason why I do not consider the alibi of some people I met in this industry, telling me they will not be successful in SFF because they don’t know how to share or shy away from telling their stories to oth...

This kind of livelihood solutions is popularly known as “Networking or Multi-level Marketing.” To some of us, we avoid or reject immediately the idea when some people offer a business of this kind. Perhaps, it is mainly corrupted by those people or companies, who are using hyping or too-good-to be-true promises. Many had joined to this kind of approach, simply because of the desire, “an easy way out from being broke or the fastest route to achieve their dreams.” This kind of orientation or mind-setting by...
1. Think Long term – stay in ONE company! If you are using a product that is really effective, you and your family are enjoying the health benefits you won’t dare looking for other products from other company, right? Now, you wouldn't have the courage to share products that aren't effective, correct? Why won’t you jump from one company to another when you know yourself that SFF products are giving you and other people health benefits? If you are endorsing other products from other company or worse, jumping from one company to another, you are not thinking long term. Remember, most of the successful in the business had stayed in one company 10-20 years more. Think big, think long term!
